This season, Vans and Lizzie set out to build a collection that mixes her personal style with functional skate details for a combination of everyday footwear and apparel meant for all skateboarders. The result? A collection made to represent something else entirely for a new generation of skateboarders.
Inspired by organic tree patterns and her journey toward living a more sustainable life, Lizzie and Vans created a collection utilizing a mix of organic and recycled elements while incorporating a woodgrain pattern throughout the styles, infusing each item with the uniqueness that defines Lizzie on and off the board. Made with recycled polyester that meets Vans’ VR3 designation, the Lizzie Skate Tote Bag uses unexpected, useful details to elevate the standard tote. Featuring a quilted woodgrain design with a top zipper closure, skate straps at the bottom panel, and custom logo embroidery, this tote bag was created with easy wearing, inclusive style in mind.
Lizzie is a true embodiment of Vans’ DNA, and an icon of originality and positivity. With her down-to-earth, fashion-forward, barrier-breaking approach, it’s no wonder Lizzie is inspiring the next generation of skateboarders to be their most authentic selves.
